Our client, an international player in the healthcare sector, is looking for an HRBP M/W for a permanent contract.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director and working as part of a close-knit team, you will manage a workforce of 100 people in Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Austria.
Your role will be to implement human resources policy at both operational and strategic levels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Provide proactive business partnering by understanding and anticipating key business challenges and opportunities.
- Endorse HR roadmap and best practices: talent management & retention, onboarding, offboarding, annual objectives review.
- Manage all activities relating to German Work Council.
- Stay informed of key HR issues/events and regulatory changes that impact workforce management processes.
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization to foster a team environment promoting open communication.
- Encourage ideas around employee growth and engagement. by being a key advocate in the promotion of company culture and values.
- Review procedures for continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with established guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- You hold a BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
- You have relevant experience as an HR Lead / HRBP managing work council.
- You are fluent in German and English. Another European language is appreciated.
- You are a regular Microsoft Office applications user.
